The SAVANNAH BEE COMPANY takes great pride in selecting the finest products available. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. We accept returns within 10 days of receipt.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTION:
1. Download and complete the return form (located at the bottom of the page) and enclose it with the item(s) to be returned.
2. When shipping item(s) back, please wrap the item(s) in sturdy packaging and secure with strong tape to prevent damange in transit. If damage to the item(s) occured during shipping, please return the damaged shipping package along with the item(s).
3. Return this package to the Savannah Bee Company via FedEx or insured Parcel Post. Please remember to insure your package since we cannot be responsible for lost merchandise.
4. Return and exchanges will be processed within one week of receipt of your package (processing time make take slightly longer during holiday periods). For credit card orders, a credit will be sent to your credit card company the day following the processing of your return. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please allow up to seven (7) to ten (10) business days for delivery*.
