Honey Glazed Salmon


Ingredients:
  • 2  tablespoon  Fresh Orange Juice
  • 2  tablespoon  Hoisin Sauce (found in Asian section of market)
  • 2  tablespoon  Savannah Bee Company Grill Honey
  • 1  Scallion, chopped
  • 4, eight  ounce  Salmon Fillets
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F. In a small bowl combine orange juice, hoisin, Savannah Bee Company Grill Honey and scallion. Place the salmon in a glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle half of the sauce over the fish. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Bake salmon on top rack of oven for 10 minutes or until almost done. Just before the salmon is cooked through switch oven to broil and continue cooking for about 3 minutes until done to your liking and edges of fish begin to caramelize.
