1 1/4oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
3/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz Savannah Bee Company Wildflower Honey syrup*
1 1/2 oz hand-squeezed orange juice
3/4 oz hand-squeezed lemon juice
Dash Angostura bitters
Dash Stirrings Blood Orange bitters
Garnish: orange peel dropped in cocktail.
Fill a pint mixing glass two-thirds full of ice. Add mixers, including bitters. Add liquor. Cap the mixing glass with the shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a serving glass. Garnish with orange peel.
*Honey syrup: mix equal parts honey and warm water, refrigerate.
