My page looks WACKY!  There are overlapping graphics, make it stop! THIS IS EASY TO CORRECT WITH YOUR BROWSER BAR SETTINGS. IN INTERNET EXPLORER, GO TO THE TOP RIGHT OF YOUR BROWSER WHERE THERE IS A BUTTON THAT SAYS “PAGE”  CLICK THE DROPDOWN AND PRESS “COMPATIBILITY VIEW.”  THIS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.  IF NOT, PRESS CTRL F5 AT THE SAME TIME.

Did my order ship? IF YOUR ORDER IS CORRECTLY PLACED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN DURING THE ORDER PLACING PROCESS. CAREFUL! IF YOU MAKE A TYPO ON YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS–YOUR ORDER MAY GO THROUGH AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING UPDATES.

How do I use my discount code? PLEASE APPLY THE DISCOUNT CODE AFTER LOGGING IN (IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT).  THE DISCOUNT CODE ENTRY SPACE IS IN YOUR SHOPPING CART, AT THE BOTTOM LEFT.  ENTER THE CODE AND PRESS ‘SUBMIT.’  THEN PRESS ‘CHECKOUT.’

When will my order ship? ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, 9AM TO 2PM. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2PM ON FRIDAY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. ALL STANDARD UNITED STATES SHIPPING HOLIDAYS APPLY.

How will I know when my order has shipped? YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR ORDER AS IT IS BEING PICKED UP TO BEGIN ITS JOURNEY TO YOU.

Why don’t you don’t ship to destinations outside the US? CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE US, BUT PLAN TO BEGIN SERVING CANADA SOON!

Can I ship to an APO address? WE HAVE ADDED SHIPPING TO MILITARY ADDRESSES!
