* 1 baguette or solid loaf of cheese bread such as asiago
* 2/3 teaspoon fresh thyme
* 1/2 lb blue cheese
* 10 tablespoon Savannah Bee Company Cheese Honey
* 10-15 arugula leaves
* 1 garlic clove
* olive oil
* Optional: prosciutto slices
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice bread into 3/4 inch slices.
Lightly brush each side with olive oil.
Bake bread slices for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove bread slices from oven and rub with raw garlic clove.
Evenly divide blue cheese among bread slices, topping each bread slice.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
Place an arugula leaf on top of each bread slice.
Pour a tablespoon of Savannah Bee Company Cheese Honey on top of each slice.
Serve while still warm; although everyone will love this at any temperature!
Optional addition: Add a small piece of prosciutto to each bread slice.
