Honey Curry Dipping Sauce


* 1 cup Sour Cream

* 6 tablespoon Savannah Bee Company Orange Blossom Honey

* 2 tablespoon Cider Vinegar

* 2 teaspoon Curry Powder

* 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin

* 2 tablespoon Cilantro or Parsley, Chopped


In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the cilantro/parsley. Stir until well blended.

Cover and chill until ready to serve. Stir in the cilantro/parsley. Serve with assorted fresh veggies.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
