3 one-inch pineapple cubes
3/4 oz Savannah Bee Company Tea Honey syrup*
1 1/2 oz Grey Goose Vodka
3/4 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Muddle pineapple cubes and honey syrup together in shaker glass. Then add vodka and lemon juice. Fill glass with ice. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with pineapple wedge.
*Honey syrup: mix equal parts honey and warm water, or use Monin Honey Syrup.
