Honey Marinade For Seafood


* 1/4 cup Savannah Bee Company Acacia Honey

* Fresh Ginger root, the size of a thumb, thinly sliced

* Juice of 2 small oranges

* Juice of 1 lemon

* 2 Cloves of garlic, thinly sliced

* Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper to taste


Thoroughly mix ingredients in a shallow, non-reactive container then marinate seafood as usual.
