Makes 6 servings
- 3-1/2 cups hot cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- Salted peanuts
- Currants
- Fresh chopped parsley or green onions
In 1-1/2 or 2-quart casserole, combine rice with all ingredients except parsley; toss quickly and lightly. Cover and keep warm until ready to serve. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
