Makes 4 servings
- 6 Tablespoons honey
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Ice cubes
- 1 quart carbonated water
Dissolve honey in lemon juice. Add lemon slices and refrigerate until ready to use. Fill a 12 oz. glass with ice cubes. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice mixture and fill glass with carbonated water.
