Honey Cream Cheese Tea Sandwiches


  • Any variety bread slices
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Savannah Bee Company honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • Watercress sprigs
  • Orange peel*, finely julienne


Remove crust from bread; cut into desired shapes. Combine cream cheese, honey and grated orange peel; blend until smooth. Spread cheese mixture on bread; garnish with watercress sprigs and orange peel. *Remove white part of peel.

Makes 7 servings.
