Savannah Bee Honey Apple Thyme Vinaigrette


* 1 cup Apple Cider

* 4 Sprigs Fresh Thyme

* 4 tablespoon Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey

* 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

* 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

* 1 1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil

* Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste


In a small saucepan over low heat, reduce the apple cider with 2 whole sprigs of thyme, and Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey down to 1/4 cup. Strain and add to blender with Dijon, remaining picked whole thyme, salt and pepper and apple cider vinegar. Blend on medium speed and slowly add grapeseed oil until emulsified.
