* 1 slice of Applewood smoked bacon
* 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
* 2 ounce Savannah Bee Company Grill Honey
* or Savannah Bee Company Orange Blossom
Cut the bacon as thinly as possible across the strips. Render over medium heat until all of the fat is liquefied and the meat is crispy. Add the vinegar and the Savannah Bee Company Grill Honey (or Savannah Bee Company Orange Blossom Honey) and bring just to a simmer. Season with a dash of kosher salt and cool slightly before using.
