Espresso Black Pepper and Savannah Bee Honey Glaze

Ingredients:

* 1 cup Espresso (liquid)

* 1/2 cup White Wine

* 10 Whole Black Peppercorns

* 1 Sprig of Fresh Thyme

* Zest and Juice of One Lemon

* 4 tablespoon Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey

Directions:

Add 2 tablespoons Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey and all other ingredients to a small saucepan. Reduce over low heat by 3/4. Add remaining Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey and continue to reduce till syrup is formed. Strain the mixture before serving. Great over broiled chicken, grilled fish, or roasted vegetables.
