Creamy Honey and Herb Salad Dressing

A nicely piquant, fairly thick dressing in which you can ring the changes with different mustards, oils, vinegars and honeys.


1 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
1 1/4 cups oil
7 tbsp vinegar or lemon or lime juice
2 tsp Savannah Bee Company Savannah Honey
2 tbsp natural yogurt or 1 egg
fresh herbs in season, to taste

Blend the ingredients together until quite smooth and emulsified. Add a little water if necessary to thin out the dressing. Keep in refrigerator, covered.

Makes 2 1/4 cups.
