Makes 1 cup
- 9 oz. cremed honey, unflavored
- 1 Tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon hot water
In small bowl, bring cremed honey to room temperature. Combine instant coffee and hot water. Add to cremed honey. Stir in quickly but do not blend completely, leaving some swirls of coffee. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 8 2-Tablespoon servings.
