Tupelo Honey Corn Muffins

Ingredients:

* 1 cup all-purpose flour

* 1 cup cornmeal

* 1 tablespoon baking powder

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 1/2 cup white sugar

* 1 cup milk

* 2 eggs, beaten

* 1/4 cup Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey

* 1/2 stick of butter, melted

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the first five ingredients in a bowl. In the second bowl, combine the milk, eggs and Savannah Bee Company Tupelo Honey. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry. Before mixing, add the melted butter. Mix well and bake at 400 degrees in a greased muffin tin for about 15 minutes.
