Refrigerator Rolls

* 1/2 cup Savannah Bee Orange Blossom Honey

* 1 cake compressed or 1 packet dry granular yeast

* 1/2 cup mashed potatoes

* 2 cup milk (or combination of milk and potato water)

* 1 tablespoon salt

* 5 cup flour (about)

* 1/2 cup melted shortening

Combine Savannah Bee Orange Blossom Honey and yeast and let stand to soften yeast.

Scald milk mixture and add mashed potatoes. Cool to lukewarm.

Combine yeast and liquid mixture. Add salt and half the flour and beat thoroughly. Add melted shortening and remainder of flour to make a soft dough. Knead. Let rise until double in bulk. Punch down and put in a cold place for 24 hours or more, or shape at once and put in warm place to rise.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Note: If dough in refrigerator rises, punch down. This dough will keep 4-5 days. Put 3 small balls of dough in greased muffin pans for cloverleaf rolls.
