Honey Nut Bread

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup shortening

* 1/2 cup sugar

* 1/2 cup Savannah Bee Company Black Sage Honey

* 1 egg

* 3 cup sifted flour

* 3 teaspoon baking powder

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 3/4 cup milk

* 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Cream together shortening and sugar. Add Savannah Bee Company Black Sage Honey and mix thoroughly.

Add egg, beating well. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Add nuts.

Bake in greased loaf at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Yields 1 loaf.
