The Bees’ Knees

Ingredients:

* 2 ounce Top shelf dark rum

* 1 ounce Savannah Bee Company Tea Honey syrup

* 1 ounce Fresh lemon juice

Directions:

To make the honey syrup, mix 2 tablespoons Savannah Bee Company Tea Honey with 1 tablespoon hot water.

Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a double-rocks glass full of fresh ice. Use an orange wedge studded with a clove to garnish.
